Four Skills of Communication to potential problem timely

In our work or business, including life, it would be some sudden overestimate abnormalities, we  are as participants, how do we should to do?

I would like to give you some advises as follows:

1, How to face the problem?  As problem happened, to bold exposure problem, at that time,  it would be a potential problem. Timely communication, it's one only thing need to be done  and in a timely manner, we need establish one problem solving team to discuss solutions, complain that is no use to everyone, what we really want is to make this problem into a small problem, even is to be not a problem. What we need is a right result, so we need seize the key points, that is to solve the problem, not to just talk about it.

2, The problem is often not predictable, without any hints, we need a good mentality, if you complain for this problem, it will only hurt each other, and the relationship between the result of the project or no positive effect, it will lead to give up this communication. Maybe, it could lead to the loss of business, but our targets is to have good cooperation or help each other, or not, wrong result would happen.

3,  Problem processing techniques: after a problem happened, it need someone take the initiative to admit the existence of the problem, as long as the problem is reasonable, I think we could face, could understand, also could accept it.Yesterday, one of my clients, we are going to provide some ICs, one LEAD TIME changed by Brand Corporation, a world famous corporation,  as they had increased many product lines for ICs,  it's so longer than four weeks, we informed the client timely,  this case led to a big misunderstanding, With the communication timely, discuss solutions, provide the corrective and preventive actions, and finally eliminate misunderstanding.

4. The power of communication is huge, we often could deal with some bad communication situation into a good result, because we have the core values of communication, it is sincerely treat each person, and every clients, not for business, but in order to give our advantages and experiences to help clients. Profits can be small, but sincere is great.
